Group/Forum-based Operating Structure...

WCSF is run and managed by a network of Discussion-Groups with individual volunteers assigned to them, based on their interests, background, skills and expertise. In each of these Groups, the concept of leadership is collective as well as communal, with group-members taking decisions on all matters in a non-hierarchical mode.

Broadly, there are two categories of groups, which are: (a) Administrative, and (b) Project-based. All Administrative groups are listed on the right column, with detailed information about their functions and modes/processes of interaction. All Project-based Groups are listed hereunder:

Administrative Groups

All internal coordination, management and notification activities of administrative nature are facilitated by the following non-hierarchical discussion-groups designated with specific tasks:

WCSF-WORKGROUP

Function: Co-ordinating and monitoring all project and task-based sub-groups of WCSF. This is the core coordination group.
Membership: All project/task-based team/group leaders and organisational representatives are included in this group.
